Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Heartcron, including the website at heartcron.com, the dashboard at app.heartcron.com and the ping endpoint at ping.heartcron.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you agree to them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Heartcron monitors scheduled jobs that report to it (“push checks”) and websites, ports, certificates and domains that it checks from its own servers (“pull checks”), and notifies you through the channels you connect, such as email, Telegram, Slack, Discord or webhooks.

The Service is in public beta. Features, limits and plans may change while we improve it.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Don’t put passwords, keys or personal data of other people into ping bodies or check names: they are stored and shown in your dashboard.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for a month or a year. Payments are processed by Robokassa and charged in Russian rubles; if you pay with a card in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee.

If automatic renewal is on, the plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel it in Plan and billing; otherwise we email you before it ends. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. When a paid plan ends, the account moves to the Free plan; checks over its limits keep running, but you can’t add new ones.

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, write to us and we’ll sort it out.

5. Availability and alerts

We work hard to keep the Service running and alerts timely, and we confirm site failures from more than one region to avoid false alarms. Still, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Alerts can be delayed or missed because of network problems, third-party outages (for example, an email or chat provider), or errors on our side. Heartcron should not be your only safeguard for critical systems.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you send to the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export what you see in the dashboard and delete your account at any time in Account settings. Deleting the account removes your projects, checks and history.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other people at risk, or is used for abuse. When we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Heartcron is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service or from missed or delayed alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you or show a notice in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.

10. Contact
